Christopher Beros Managing Director
Mr. Beros' finance and investment banking career spans more than twenty years, covering a wide range of transaction experience in mergers and acquisitions, private and public capital markets, and commercial banking. Prior to founding Alderwood, he worked as a senior banker for a number of leading firms, including: Credit Suisse First Boston; Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette; Robertson Stephens; Bank of America; and Security Pacific.
Mr. Beros possesses particularly extensive experience in the food and beverage industries, as well as with consumer product and specialty retailing companies. Over the years, he has completed numerous financings and company sale assignments for clients in those sectors.
Mr. Beros earned an MBA in Finance and Marketing, and an AB with honors in Economics, from the University of California, Berkeley.

Dennis Emerick Managing Director
Mr. Emerick's investment banking work covers more than two decades. He possesses particular expertise in private capital-raising, having advised hundreds of issuers on financing types ranging from private equity and mezzanine structures to various senior and subordinated debt instruments. Prior to forming Alderwood, Mr. Emerick's investment banking career includes assignments with BA Securities (a predecessor company to Banc of America Securities), where he headed that firm's equity-linked private placements desk, as well as with Continental Bank and First Chicago. Mr. Emerick's background also includes public market debt and equity experience while at A.G. Becker and E.F. Hutton during the early 1980's. Mr. Emerick holds an MBA in Business Economics and Finance, and a BA with distinction in English, from Indiana University.
